MY FATHER HABIT


This blog I will tell about the habit of my father when he has to decide to buy something. He has different habits with different channels which he brought. 


He loves to shop a lot of products via the internet and at the same time he wants to get after-sales service in high level because he told me that buying the product from the internet we cannot see the product before that why we want high standard of after-sales service. On the other hand, if he buy the product by himself at department store. He wanted only compare the price of product from other department store to check we can buy this product at the lowest price. He did not care much about after-sales service in this channel because he can see the product before decided to buy it.


If the shop know his habit, they probably can sell more products by providing him with the right promotion for him. For example, online shop should provide more special after-sales service or department store give him with extra discount. I'm very confident that he will buy the product for sure.
